नमस्कार इंसान को विनम्र बनता है और उसे अहंकार से बचता है I

नमस्कार हमे क्रोध से दूर रखता हैI नमस्कार करने पर दोनों हाथ आपस में जुड़ते है और ऐसा हालत इंसान दुसरे व्यक्ति के प्रति  स्वभाव शांत हो जाता हैI

नमस्कार करते समय हथेलियों जुड़े होने के कारण मन शांत होताहै चेरा पर मुस्कारहट और हसी रहती हैI

योग के बाद, अब पूरी दुनिया नमस्कार को हमारी दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनालिया है , हमें अपनी संस्कृति पर गर्व करना चाहिए। हमारे पूर्वज वास्तव में पूर्वज्ञान रखनेवाले थे। अब मैं नमस्कार करने वाला व्यक्ति हूं।

Dalai Hills: Dalai lama’s first home in India

Dalai Hills or Happy Valley Gompa is a popular Tibetan temple that was set up by the Tibetan population in Mussorie ’ in the 1960’s. It located just above LBSNAA and 2.5km from Company Garden. Dalai Hills is known as ’Dalai Lama’s First Home’ because Dalai Hills was a transit camp for 14th Dalai Lama from April 1959 to May 1960, before the Tibetan community and Dalai Lama settled at Dharamshala, in Himachal Pradesh.

Dalai Hills is a treat for serene viewers, trekkers, and religious devotees. The best time to visit Dalai Hills is from October to February, especially at the time of twilight.

Shedup Choepelling Temple is known for its serene vibes, housing many Tibetan literature, and books. The temple is adorned with clay lamps and colourful prayer flags, a 3D statue of smiling 14th Dalai Lama, made of cardboard and blissful paintings on the ceiling and walls. Reel capture is restricted inside the prayer room but it is open for devotees and tourists from sunrise to sunset.

After trekking, 400 meters above the temple at the Hilltop we get an opportunity to see and get blessed by Lord Buddha’s Statue, made of Bronze in addition to 360-degree view of Garhwal Ranges and snow-capped peaks like Nanda Devi, Gangotri, Srikanta, Bandarpuch, and many more.
